As part of this ambition, we are reinforcing our Respiratory team and looking for an Associate Product Manager, based in Lisbon, who is motivated to contribute to this mission and help drive the impact of our portfolio.



The Impact You’ll Make


In this role, you will:

  • Support the development and execution of brand and marketing plans across the product lifecycle.
  • Work closely with field teams and other internal teams to ensure activities are prepared and implemented as planned.
  • Assist in the preparation, submission and follow‑up of promotional materials across different channels, ensuring they meet internal and regulatory requirements.
  • Collect and organise market data, performance indicators and customer insights to support analysis and inform tactical decisions.
  • Contribute to omnichannel and digital initiatives, helping prepare content and ensuring compliant, user‑friendly execution.
  • Support the organisation of marketing events, medical education moments and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Maintain documentation and records, ensuring adherence to internal processes, quality standards and regulatory guidelines.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to promote continuous improvement and effective teamwork throughout the department.


What You’ll Bring


  • Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1 to 2 years of professional experience in similar roles, preferably within healthcare, life sciences or consumer health environments.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Analytical mindset, curiosity and willingness to learn, with the ability to work with market data and insights.
  • Proficiency in digital tools and CRM platforms.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English.
