Coordenador(a) de Turno de Produção (m/f/x)

Responsabilidades principais:

  • Garantir a segurança operacional, limpeza e ordem na planta de produção, rotinas de trabalho seguindo indicadores (KPIs) e procedimentos adequados.
  • Garantir e gerenciar materiais, equipamentos e pessoal para atender ao plano de produção.
  • Auditar o preenchimento correto de documentos de Qualidade, Produção e outros.
  • Estar envolvido na elaboração de relatórios de segurança, relatórios de acidentes, comunicações, formação e desenvolvimento de pessoal e auditorias.
  • Executar relações interdepartamentais para assegurar o respetivo apoio à produção.
  • Assegurar o cumprimento das normas de conduta estabelecidas pela Coloplast no chão de fábrica.
  • Participar no processo de avaliação de desempenho junto dos superiores hierárquicos.
  • Participar ativamente em projetos de melhoria contínua (e.g., LEAN Manufacturing, 5S, equipas autodirigidas, etc.).
  • Gerencie a assiduidade e alocação de funcionários.
  • Garantir o cumprimento das especificações de Qualidade no chão de fábrica.
  • Coletar e analisar dados e implementar melhorias nos métodos de produção, desempenho dos equipamentos e qualidade do produto, com orientação das áreas de suporte à produção.
  • Garantir a disponibilidade de ordens de serviço de produção, etiquetas, materiais impressos e outros materiais de acordo com o Plano de Produção de Fabricação.
  • Executar quaisquer tarefas adicionais atribuídas pelo líder direto como parte das funções e responsabilidades do cargo.



Para esta função pretendemos alguém que tenha:

  • Mínimo de 3 anos de experiência em cargos de liderança em indústria.
  • Licenciatura Técnica em Produção, Qualidade, ou equivalente.
  • Inglês nível A2 (ver Quadro Europeu Comum de Referência).
  • Disponibilidade para trabalhar em qualquer turno (diurno, misto, noturno).
  • Conhecimentos avançados de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Conhecimento dos processos produtivos.



Qualificações preferenciais:

  • Licenciatura em Engenharia Industrial ou área relacionada, ou pelo menos 70% concluída.
  • Nível de inglês acima do A2 (ver Quadro Europeu Comum de Referência).

  • Liderança na gestão de pessoas.
  • Capacidade de trabalhar/colaborar em equipa.

  • Atenção aos detalhes e capacidade de seguir instruções de trabalho.
  • Compreender a importância do foco no cliente.
  • Capacidade de negociar e resolver conflitos.

PRODUCTION SHIFT COORDINATOR

  • Ensure operational safety, cleanliness, and order in the production plant, work routines following indicators (KPIs), and proper procedures.
  • Ensure and manage materials, equipment, and personnel to meet the production plan.
  • Audit the correct completion of Quality, Production, and other documents.
  • Be involved in the preparation of safety reports, accident reports, communications, training and development of personnel and audits.
  • Execute interdepartmental relationships to ensure respective support to production.
  • Ensure compliance with conduct standards established by Coloplast on the production floor.
  • Participate in the performance evaluation process along hierarchical superiors.
  • Participate actively in continuous improvement projects (e.g., LEAN Manufacturing, 5S, self-directed teams, etc.).
  • Manage employee attendance and allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with Quality specifications on the production floor.
  • Collect and analyze data and implement improvements in production methods, equipment performance, and product quality, with guidance from production support areas.
  • Ensure the availability of production work orders, labels, printed materials, and other materials according to the Manufacturing Production Plan.
  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by the direct leader as part of the roles and responsibilities of the position.



Responsible for:

  • Performing their job in accordance with the given guidelines.
  • Notifying the manager of any difficulty in understanding or following the guidelines.
  • Notifying about system inefficiency.
  • Assuming responsibility for the safety aspects identified for the given position.
  • Supporting a positive EHS culture.



Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in leadership positions (external) in manufacturing industry.
  • Technical degree in Production, Quality, or equivalent.
  • English level A2 (based on the Common European Framework of Reference).
  • Availability to work any shift (day, mixed, night).
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of production processes.



Preferred qualifications:

  • Completed University Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field, or at least 70% completed.
  • English level: +A2 (based on the Common European Framework of Reference).



Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Leadership in people management.
  • Ability to work/collaborate in teams.
  • Self-motivation and a genuine interest in improving processes and internal customer relationships.
  • Must work well in a team and be adaptable/flexible.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to follow work instructions.
  • Understanding the importance of customer focus.
  • Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts.
