What will you be responsible for?

• Managing complete HR administration, including communication with employees
• Supporting recruitment, the adaptation process, and the entire employee lifecycle
• Working with HR systems and preparing reports
• Providing support to employees in the assigned warehouse, maintaining regular communication with managers and operational staff

What does the ideal candidate look like?

• Has experience in HR from logistics or manufacturing
• Is comfortable with administrative work
• Speaks both English and Romanian
• Is communicative, professional, friendly, and enthusiastic
• Has solid MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
