Hitachi Energy Power Up Is a Two-year Program That Is Given To Ten To Twelve Master's Students At KTH And Uppsala University, Respectively. The Program Is Given As a Scholarship And Serves As An Add-on (or a Power Up) To The Student's Ongoing Studies At The Master's Level. Within The Program, a Variety Of Events And Activities Are Given
The programme is part of Hitachi Energy's partnership with KTH and Uppsala University but is independent of the degree programmes.
Hitachi Energy Power Up is designed in such way that the students can continue with their regular studies in parallel without any problems.
How You’ll Make An Impact
As icing on the cake, the program aims to boost students' final year at university, to give them a unique opportunity to get to know the electric power industry from the inside, and start building their network even before graduating from university. Through the program, the student becomes part of the Hitachi Energy community and has the opportunity to take part in the large network it entails.

- Group work with problem solving

Your background
Eligibility Requirements Are
Uppsala university students
- The student shall have started his/her fourth year of a Master of Science in Engineering programme at one of the following programmes: Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, Engineering Physics, STS, Industrial Engineering and Management.
- The student shall have completed 120 credits in Technology/Science
- The student shall have passed English 6 (or equivalent)
- The student shall have started his/her MSc programme.
- The student shall have completed 120 credits in Technology/Science
- The student shall have passed English 6 (or equivalent)
The timetable for registration:
- Until April 6th: The application is open.
- April 20th to April 27th : Screen Interviews.
- May 10th: Admission decision.
- Mid-October (date to be confirmed): Program starts
