Business Analyst

In bank and Digital Lending you have the opportunity to:

• Contribute to all areas: to analyze, design, develop, test, and maintain our lending products.
• Lead the work of gathering requirements from the business and other stakeholders.
• Together with UX designers make our lending solutions for our customers as seamless as possible.
• Be part of our Data Driven Development journey: gather and analyze customer data, rise hypothesis, and take decisions based on that.
• Actively participate in architectural discussions, providing valuable insights and recommendations for system enhancements and improvements.
• Express Product Backlog in terms of Jira User stories with acceptance criteria and other required details.
• Plan, prioritize and estimate the work together with the team members, and Product Owner.
• Support Product Owner in finding a good balance between life cycle management, maintenance, regulatory compliance as well as development.

What is needed in this role:

* Worked with Corporate Lending before is a huge plus.....

• University degree (preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance or Economics).
• Proficient in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
• Strong understanding of software development processes, software architecture layers, API integrations.
• Experience in agile way of working (preferable Scrum, SAFe frameworks).
• Understanding of data driven development and data analytics.
• Business domain knowledge within the Lending area is considered as an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and being fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Swedish language is considered as an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
