Qasa, since it was founded in 2014, strived to create a safe, hassle free home rental experience for both landlords and tenants. In February 2019, Qasa was acquired by Schibsted with an ambition to take Qasa to its full potential through its well-established marketplaces throughout the world.
The journey from a small start-up to a full blown worldwide rental platform starts now. We have great support from Schibsted and a highly competent team with an almost infinite amount of drive who are committed to building a marketplace that will dominate the market for decades.
If it thrills you to have a large impact in a team that builds something that will become something substantial, then join our small but impactful team of Product Managers!We are looking for multiple experienced Product Managers to help shape our future growth, we currently work in three teams with a focus on different OKRs.
This position is ideal for someone who wants to influence core decisions and best practices within their role and has the drive and ambition to help shape our product management function.We currently have circa 85 staff and are looking to scale much further over the course of the next few years!

What does the job entail?
- Taking ownership of the full product lifecycle
- Understand our user’s motivations and wants, and if you don’t, not being afraid to find out yourself!
- Understand our developers, what is technically possible, and best practices.
- Understand our stakeholders, their wishes, and expectations.
- Be creative in moving towards our vision and communicating that path.
Ideal Background?
- Experience driving complex user-facing products.
- Proven track record of successfully managing a team in project form.
- Experienced with both external and internal stakeholder management.
- Maybe you have done a growth journey at a previous job or have experience from a scale up
- Experience in working with and analysing large data sets.
- Driven with a good work ethic.
