Associate People Operations Specialist

We are building a detail-focused Associate People Operations Specialist role to strengthen our hybrid People team in Wroclaw. You will support core People Operations areas like Onboarding, Benefits, and HR Administration while partnering across the organization. Responsibilities

• Provide operational support across key People Operations areas such as Onboarding, Benefits, or HR Administration based on business needs
• Handle and resolve employee questions via a ticketing system with accurate and on-time responses
• Maintain and update employee data in internal and external HR and payroll systems with a focus on accuracy and compliance
• Support alignment of HR documentation and processes with internal policies and legal requirements
• Assist with preparing reports and summaries for operational tracking or compliance needs
• Collaborate with the People Team to refine processes, improve employee experience, and support team initiatives

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail across daily deliverables
• Good command of the Polish language
• Proactive attitude and ability to collaborate effectively in a team
• Exposure to multicultural environments as a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic analytical skills and problem-solving approach
• Ability to manage time well and meet deadlines
• Eagerness to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• English proficiency at B2 level (Upper-Intermediate) or higher
