Associate People Operations Specialist

We are expanding our hybrid Wroclaw People function with an Associate People Operations Specialist who works accurately and communicates clearly across the business.

You will assist with People Operations activities across Onboarding, Benefits, and HR Administration, including ticket-based employee support and HR data updates.

Responsibilities

• Deliver support in a People Operations focus area such as Onboarding, Benefits, or HR Administration depending on business demand
• Resolve employee questions via a ticketing system while meeting response-time and accuracy expectations
• Update and maintain employee records in internal and external HR and payroll systems with attention to compliance and correctness
• Support compliance by helping align HR documentation and processes with internal policies and legal requirements
• Help generate operational and compliance reports, summaries, and basic insights
• Work with the People Team to improve processes, elevate employee experience, and contribute to team initiatives

Requirements

• Consistent attention to detail and accuracy
• Good command of the Polish language
• Collaborative and proactive approach to teamwork
• Additional value from experience in a multicultural environment
• Excellent communication skills in writing and speaking
• Basic analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize, manage time, and meet deadlines
• Motivation to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges
• Ability to treat confidential information with discretion
• English level B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher
