What Responsibilities Senior Product Owner Takes?

• Own product outcomes for your area; define success metrics, set targets, and be accountable for results, not just feature delivery.
• Drive discovery through user research, data analysis, market intelligence, and close collaboration with business and engineering.
• Make prioritization decisions balancing business impact, user value, and technical feasibility. Defend your bets with clear reasoning.
• Write sharp product requirements that give engineers genuine clarity without over-specifying implementation.
• Navigate complex stakeholder landscapes including compliance, legal review, and risk management, manage trade-offs transparently.
• Partner deeply with engineering on technical trade-offs. Have informed opinions on build-vs-buy, API design choices, and technical debt.
• Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to accelerate development and unlock new capabilities.
• Contribute to the product team's operating model, not just your own roadmap, improve how the team works, not just what it ships.

What BtcTurk | Teknoloji Expects from You?

• 7+ years in product management at a technology company, preferably in fintech, crypto, or financial services, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
• Experience shipping products with meaningful backend complexity: payments, trading systems, marketplaces, or similar domains. Familiarity with order books, custody, and regulatory compliance is a strong plus.
• Proven stakeholder management across business, engineering, and executive priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication. You can write a one-pager for the CEO and a detailed spec for engineers in the same week.
• Experience in agile environments with cross-functional squads. You understand the software development lifecycle beyond textbook definitions.
• Comfortable querying data, interpreting dashboards, and designing metrics frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML product features or using AI tools to improve product workflows is highly valued.
