Product Owner

We are looking for a Product Owner to join our partner company!

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our partner, a fast-growing deep-tech company developing AI-driven analytics platforms, digital battery passport solutions, and lifecycle management technologies for electric vehicles and energy storage systems. Operating at the intersection of sustainability, mobility, and advanced software engineering, the company builds data-driven products that support the transition toward smarter and more sustainable energy ecosystems.

We are looking for a Product Owner who will take ownership of the product lifecycle of a Battery Analytics Platform and act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders. This role requires a professional who can combine product strategy with execution, effectively prioritize requirements, and ensure successful delivery of high-impact digital products.

This position is not only about backlog management; it is a role that requires ownership, great leadership, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to translate complex business needs into scalable technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage the product vision, roadmap, and priorities in alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.
• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring clear prioritization and well-defined user stories.
• Work closely with engineering, QA, DevOps, and design teams to clarify requirements and support successful product delivery.
• Act as the key communication bridge between technical teams and internal/external stakeholders.
• Drive sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release planning activities within Agile environments.
• Ensure delivered features meet acceptance criteria and business expectations.
• Gather feedback from users, customers, and data insights to continuously improve the product.
• Support product releases, POC activities, and customer implementations.

General Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Product Ownership or Product Management roles.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and cross-functional product teams.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps or similar product management tools.
• Strong technical understanding to effectively communicate with engineering teams (APIs, microservices, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and databases).
• Experience working with modern web technologies such as React and Node.js is a plus.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Product or Agile certifications (CSPO, PSPO, or similar) are considered a plus.
• Fluency in English with strong communication skills.
