The position involves:

AI Pipeline Development

• Design and build AI pipelines to automate document processing, focusing on accuracy and seamless integration with external systems.
• Research new AI-driven methods to enhance document capture and processing across various formats.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth functionality and integration of AI-driven solutions with connected platforms.

System Optimization for AI Stability and Robustness

• Continuously optimize AI models for stability, adaptability, and high-quality performance across diverse applications.
• Address and resolve variations in input handling to improve workflow resilience and reliability.

Prompt Engineering for Customer Output

• Develop and refine prompt templates tailored to specific customer needs, ensuring precise and consistent outputs.

Research and development

• Lead R&D initiatives exploring the latest in AI, from interaction-based modeling to predictive applications.
• Prototype and enhance AI-driven features that align with user needs, fueling future growth and innovation in AI capabilities.

Essential experience

• 5+ years professional experience
• Generative AI / LLM experience
• Python
• Software Engineering background
• Familiarity with Google Cloud (can be from personal projects)

Beneficial experience

• Experience deploying and managing cloud-native applications using GCP services

Location: Amsterdam (Hybrid)
