We are now looking for a Payroll Coordinator to one of the worlds’ most leading manufacturers of cars and motorcycles – the BMW Group. In the role, you will work on Nordic level and your responsibility is to ensure a smooth payroll process in close cooperation with an external payroll agency. Additionally, you will oversee all HR administration tasks as well as relocation-related matters. The role involves interactions with both internally and external stakeholders. You will be joining a HR team of ten professionals who has a strong camaraderie and welcoming atmosphere where your ides and contributions are respected and appreciated.


What will you do?

  • Provide payroll agencies with input documentation on an ongoing basis (ex: timesheets, staff updates, parental leave, driving records etc.)
  • Quality assurance of salary files before payment
  • Coordination and administration in salary, benefits and pension.
  • Responsible for expats/inpats management, together with external partner
  • Responsible for invoice management in SAP, regarding invoices related to salary & benefits
  • Managing all HR administration including update personnel information in Global HR system (mass changes in HR systems, create contracts, changes in roles etc.)


What should you bring along?

A few years of experience in payroll administration or payroll coordination. The most important thing is your knowledge and experience in Swedish payroll management, but we see it as a merit if you have previously worked with a payroll for one of the other Nordic countries. Further, we are looking for you with:

  • Excel skills and the ability to seamlessly navigate complex systems.
  • A proactive self-starter who are flexible and able to work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A service-oriented mindset and strong administrative skills
  • Team player
  • Proficiency in English, both verbally and written
  • Proficiency with Flex HRM Time Management system, SuccessFactors HR System or SAP is considered a strong merit.
