What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Collaborate with product owners to define feature stories and work with tech leads to develop technical designs
• Promote and support Agile principles within the team and organization
• Facilitate effective interactions between the Agile team and external stakeholders to enhance collaboration
• Manage risk and resolve impediments to ensure successful delivery of solutions
• Lead a team of Scrum Masters, fostering their development and performance
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a comparable Agile delivery leadership role
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and principles
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to learn new skills and adapt to challenges independently
• Knowledge of business concepts and tools relevant to decision-making in the financial services context
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Certified Scrum Master certification
• Experience serving as a Scrum Master within the financial services industry
• Background in Project Management
• Understanding of Device Lifecycle Management is a plus
