Drive Test Engineer

LLC Huawei Ukraine is looking for Drive Test Engineer to join our business:

Job responsibilities:

• Perform Single Site Verification drive test;
• Perform Cluster level drive test;
• Perform Benchmark drive test;
• Perform Indoor walk test;
• Prepare test plan for different scenarios;
• Site engineering parameters preparation and update;
• Take part in troubleshooting of RAN quality issues;
• Perform analysis of collected logs and prepare reports;
• Responsible for the project success and customer satisfaction ensuring during the project delivery process.

Main requirements:

• Good knowledges of radio theory and antennas characteristics;
• Basic knowledges of GSM/UMTS/LTE/NR network structure;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Good at with Excel/VBA/Access database;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to clearly explain complex analysis results to non-technical personnel;
• Strong curiosity and learning ability, able to quickly adapt to new business requirements;
• Excellent time management skills, able to balance multiple projects and tasks;
• Good team collaboration spirit, able to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams;
• Upper-intermediate/advanced English;
• Readiness for business trips.
