Role Description

We are looking for a Product Manager who operates at the intersection of product strategy, delivery excellence, and market engagement. This is not a purely internal coordination role – the right candidate will act as a true product driver: shaping the roadmap, enabling the team, and ensuring that what we build resonates with real customer needs and market opportunities

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in a software/tech environment
• Strong background in requirements management, business analysis, and functional specification writing
• Experience working with cross-functional agile teams (Engineering, QA, Design, and Architecture)
• Demonstrated ability to engage with Marketing and Sales on GTM and product positioning
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills – comfortable bridging teams with different backgrounds, mindsets, and cultures
• Structured thinking, analytical problem-solving, and a high tolerance for ambiguity and tight deadlines
• Ability to prioritize ruthlessly – saying no to good ideas in favor of the right ones
• Experience defining product metrics and working with analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Google Analytics, etc.)
