Overall purpose and main responsibilities and duties of the role:

To assist in assuring that the Bank’s IT practices and operations are run with appropriate attention to IT Risk & Security needs, following the Banks’s IT Risk & Security policies. To assist in assuring that IT Security Audits, IT Continuity Planning, IT Risk, Security and Compliance goals are met.


Main responsibilities and duties of the role:

Assist the Head of EMEA IT Risk & Security leader in the following areas for all CIB activities, across the EMEA platform.

IT Security:

• Assist in overseeing the development of IT Risk & Security directives and guidelines according to local and Head Office IT Risk & IT Security policies.

• Assist in reviewing and responding to IT Security dispensation request related to local IT application and infrastructure.

• Assist in working with IT team to implement relevant CPN1 controls.

• Assist in measuring, reporting and managing the vulnerabilities, obsolescence, and remediation gaps in IT Risk and IT Security posture.

• Assist in overseeing and reporting, locally and to HO, the outcome of threats, security incidents and IT security service outages.

• Assist in working with sponsors, technical and TRM teams on any new projects (new IT solution, new software, new CIB Office), on the assessment, design, elaboration and deployment of the IT Risk & IT Security topics.


JOB REQUIREMENTS - KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE


The job holder is expected to have a basic working knowledge of all aspects of Information Technology.

• Self-motivated with a curious outlook, able to work with some guidance, own problems and being a team player.

• Good communication skills.

• Good organizational skills (prioritization and flexibility).

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work to tight deadlines within constraints and in a high-pressure environment.

• Able to make well thought out and recommendations based on sound conclusions.

• Strong willingness to learn.

• Strong documentation skills
