We are seeking a motivated Advanced Therapy Research Project Manager to support the ATTC programme at Barts Health and QMUL. The ATTC Network is a world‑first NHS initiative addressing the challenges of bringing advanced therapy medicinal products (ATMPs) to patients.
This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to national advanced therapy capability, accelerate clinical trials, and work alongside leading clinicians, academics, industry partners, and national research bodies. You will play a key role in the set‑up, management, and delivery of ATMP trials, coordinating studies, ensuring milestones are met, and preparing project plans, scopes, documentation, and risk‑management strategies. You will collaborate with colleagues across Barts Health, QMUL, NEL CRDC, ATTC partners, and industry, coordinating feasibility discussions, supporting Scientific Advisory Group presentations, maintaining monitoring tools, and managing project data securely.

The ATTC Network is a world-first programme operating within the NHS framework, to address the unique and complex challenges, of bringing pioneering advanced therapy medicinal products (ATMPs) to patients.
The post holder will play a key role in supporting delivery of project milestones to maximise clinical trial acceleration for advanced therapies, developing strong relationships, working alongside clinical, non-clinical and other research support staff based within Barts Health, Queen Mary University London (QMUL), and across other NHS/Research/Industry bodies.
As Project Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient setup and delivery of clinical trial operations, identifying projects across organisations, national working groups, supporting the ATTC Clinical Trial Acceleration workstream. The post holder will also oversee the ATTC budget and support the necessary approval for the studies working with HTA colleagues at Barts, the JRMO and QMUL to ensure the smooth co-ordination of the delivery of advanced therapy trials. The post-holder will look to identify potential future opportunities, which add value to current funding streams within research, project aims and deliverables.
