What you have to do

• Be responsible for the full spectrum of the project management cycle. Develop the project process plan and negotiate with both internal stakeholders and customers
• Keep track of project progress and report to both internal and external stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met
• Conduct regular meetings with functional parties to gather business requirements, providing professional consultation to stakeholders
• Assist in integration testing, system testing, UAT, and various implementation activities
• Supervise and support junior colleagues in managing project risks, ensuring project delivery aligns with project milestones

What you need to have

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, logistics management, automation, information technology, or related disciplines
• 5 years of solid experience in project management, with knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
• Familiarity with warehouse management or solution design in logistics, 3PL, automation, etc
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, WMS, or other IT infrastructure is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• A good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Frequent business travel is required
