Your opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Platform owner to lead the end-to-end design, architecture, and integration of our Product Information Management (PIM) and web platforms. Join our dynamic, international team to drive high-quality technology solutions, foster collaboration, and help us transform the way we deliver and manage business-critical platforms.

Where you’ll be

You will be located at our Espoo HQ in Finland and should be within reasonable commuting distance from here. This is a primarily in-office role, with the flexibility of one remote day per week.

What You'll Be Doing

• Own our core digital presence platforms (website and PIM)
• Steer and support our business stakeholders providing solutions that fit their demand.
• Translate business and technical requirements into clear technical specifications for partners.
• Own and advance technology roadmap and transition in line with enterprise standards and business needs
• Lead solution design, architecture, and integrations related to your platforms for covering backend systems and APIs.
• Lead for incident resolution and point of contact for service requests within a multi-vendor environment, ensuring successful AMS.
• Optimize backend performance, reliability, and compliance, proactively addressing risks and improvement opportunities.
  
  

What You’ll Bring To The Role

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Deep experience in platform management, solution design, integration, and incident management.
• Experience and skills to uncover, map, and articulate business demands into scalable functional designs.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a drive for continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated ability to work in and lead cross-functional, international, and multi-vendor teams, fostering efficient collaboration and co-creation.
• Knowledge of current industry trends and best practices and excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• A continuous improvement mindset with a predisposition for simplification and standardization.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); Finnish is a plus
• Ability to travel internationally on occasion
