Quartr is now looking for a Data Controller for the European market afternoon shift. As a Data Controller at Quartr, you'll play a key role in sourcing and collecting reliable data from public companies. This is a full-time position at entry level, and the work can be performed remotely and will be part of part of the Data Sourcing team, located in Gothenburg and Stockholm.

About The Data Sourcing Team

As a Data Controller, you will be part of the Data Sourcing team at Quartr. The Data Sourcing team's main function is to ensure that Investor Relations-data and financial information, such as earnings calls, reports, presentations, and more are accurately delivered with high quality to our users and clients.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you, together with your colleagues, will be responsible for ensuring the collection and quality assurance of data that is distributed through Quartr’s own products and via our API. The data we work with includes public company quarterly reports, presentation materials, and quarterly presentations.

• Take ownership of Quartr's Central European market to source data from.
• Expand and broaden Quartr's current universe of publicly listed companies.
• Data sourcing and quality assurance.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality data.
• Support internal and external stakeholders in data-related inquiries.
• Please note that this is not a finance analysis, budgeting/accounting or research role.
  
  

What Will Help You Succeed

The tasks require high attention to detail, responsibility, and reliability. No prior experience or specific education is necessary to succeed in this role, but focus on personal motivation and willingness to learn.

• Minimum one year of general working experience.
• Self-motivated, driven, and reliable.
• Strong communication skills.
• It is advantageous if you have, or are close to completing, a Bachelor's degree in Economics/Finance, or similar.
• Afternoon and evening work, working hours 12:30 to 20:30 Mon-Fri.
  
  

Note: you need to be based in Sweden with a valid work permit. We are also not looking for consultants or help from recruitment agencies.
