Associate People Operations Specialist

We are seeking an Associate People Operations Specialist to support People Operations in a hybrid setup based in Wroclaw with high accuracy and care. You will help run Onboarding, Benefits, or HR Administration activities and respond to employee requests through a ticketing system.

Responsibilities

• Deliver day-to-day support within a People Operations area such as Onboarding, Benefits, or HR Administration depending on business priorities
• Respond to and close employee requests using a ticketing system while keeping quality and timelines high
• Update and keep accurate employee records across internal and external HR and payroll systems in line with compliance needs
• Help ensure HR documentation and workflows match internal policies and legal requirements
• Compile reports and short summaries for operational follow-up or compliance purposes
• Partner with the People Team to improve processes, enhance employee experience, and contribute to shared initiatives

Requirements

• Keen attention to detail in all tasks
• Good command of the Polish language
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
• Experience in a multicultural environment as a plus
• Outstanding written and spoken communication skills
• Foundational analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Effective time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
• Willingness to learn fast and adapt to change
• Discretion and responsibility when working with confidential information
• English at B2 level (Upper-Intermediate) or higher
