Senior Technical Product Owner – Digital Asset Custody-Wealt & Swiss

We have an urgent requirement for Senior Technical Product Owner – Digital Asset Custody (Banking) with experience in Wealth Managengement & Swiss platform implementation is required for our banking client in Abu Dhabi, UAE

We need a Banking Product Owner who has led API-driven custody/trading platforms end-to-end in a regulated environment with full go-live accountability.

Strong experience owning custody, trading, payments, or digital asset platforms within a regulated banking environment---Must

Strong experience on Wealth Management Platform MUST

Hands On Swiss Subsidary Implementation Required ---Must

Strong experience on API-driven architecture, secure integrations, and non-functional requirements is THE MUST

Strong experience on custody, trading, payments, or digital asset platforms is THE MUST

Strong experience on end-to-end transaction lifecycle (order → settlement equivalent in custody) ---Must

Strong experience on regulated Banking is MUST

Own end-to-end delivery outcomes for the Digital Asset Custody platform, including backlog ownership, phased roadmap execution, and cross-vendor coordination. Act as the single delivery authority ensuring secure, compliant, and timely go-live of the custody platform within a regulated banking environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own custody MVP and phased roadmap covering retail and corporate custody use cases.
• Translate custody operating model into epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Drive prioritization and dependency management across Ripple, cloud infrastructure, security, and channel teams.
• Act as single delivery authority across external vendors and internal technology and business teams.
• Own go-live readiness including:
• Operational controls
• Cutover planning
• Regulatory conditions
• Risk sign-offs
• Ensure alignment with enterprise security, compliance, and architecture standards.
• Provide structured reporting on delivery status, risks, and dependencies to senior stakeholders.
• Manage multi-track execution across integration, security, infrastructure, and business readiness.
  

Mandatory Skillsets (non-negotiable)

Core Competencies (Trading / Investments Equivalent)

• Product ownership of regulated platforms
• End to end transaction lifecycle ownership (custody equivalent of ordertosettlement)
• Strong dependency, delivery, and vendor management in multi party ecosystems
• Ability to balance speed of delivery with regulatory and security constraints

• Jira / Azure DevOps (backlog, sprint, and delivery management)
• Ripple Custody APIs
• integration and channel platforms
• Cloud, security, and enterprise integration platforms supporting custody operations
  
  

Skillset / Experience

• Proven Technical Product Owner experience within banking domains such as payments, trading, custody, or digital wallets
• Strong ownership of API driven integrations and nonfunctional requirements (security, resilience, performance)
• Hands on experience working with crypto, security, risk, and compliance teams
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple vendors and internal teams in parallel delivery tracks
• Comfortable operating in highly regulated environments with audit and regulatory oversight
