About the Opportunity

Our client, a large and well-established organization in the energy and infrastructure sector, is seeking a Program Coordinator for a 12-month contract to support the delivery of leadership development initiatives. This role plays a key part in shaping future leaders by ensuring programs run smoothly, are engaging, and align with organizational values.


You will work closely with a collaborative Leadership and Talent Development team, alongside facilitators and senior leaders. Your contributions will directly impact employee growth and leadership capability across the organization, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys meaningful, people-focused work.

Your Responsibilities

  • You’ll coordinate end-to-end logistics for leadership programs, including scheduling, enrollment, materials, and session execution
  • In this role, you’ll support vendor-led sessions and senior leader engagement activities such as panels and discussions
  • You’ll liaise with facilitators, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to ensure seamless program delivery
  • You’ll maintain accurate program records and track participation using internal learning systems
  • You’ll gather and summarize participant feedback to support reporting and continuous improvement
  • You’ll provide ongoing administrative and coordination support to enhance program effectiveness


Skills and Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience coordinating training, learning, or development programs
  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Adult Education, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Experience with learning management systems, such as SAP SuccessFactors, is an asset
