AI/ML Consultant

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and innovative Senior AI Engineer to lead the design and development of advanced AI solutions. This role involves driving complex projects, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring best practices in AI engineering. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Generative AI, RAG-based solutions, and cloud-native AI development, with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for building scalable, secure, and intelligent systems.

Must-Have Skills and Experience:

Generative AI & Advanced AI Engineering

• Mandatory: Expertise in Prompt Engineering and Retriever-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Hands-on experience with LLM-based solutions and Generative AI frameworks

Cloud AI Development

• Proven experience developing & deploying AI/ML solutions on Azure
• Knowledge of cloud-native architectures and MLOps pipelines

Core AI & Data Science

• Strong mathematical and algorithmic foundation
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and enterprise-grade AI tools
• Advanced ML techniques: regression, classification, clustering, ensemble models, time-series analysis
• Familiarity with NLP, transformer architectures, and model optimization

Good-to-Have Skills:

Agentic AI & Automation

• Autonomous Agent Development and multi-agent orchestration
• Workflow automation for intelligent systems
• LLMOps, fine-tuning foundation models
• Development of multi-modal AI applications (text, image, audio)

Leadership & Collaboration

• Ability to mentor junior engineers and contribute to architectural decisions
• Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams
• Strong stakeholder management and solution-oriented mindset

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or quantitative field from an accredited institution.
• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Bioinformatics, Physics, Operations Research, or related fields is preferred.
