Job Title - Unity Developer

Location - Pune / Mumbai / Chennai

Experience - 8 - 10 Yrs

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain XR applications using Unity Engine for platforms such as VR, AR, and MR.
• Implement interactive features, user interfaces, and immersive environments leveraging Unity’s capabilities.
• Optimize application performance and ensure seamless user experiences across devices (Oculus, HTC Vive, HoloLens, mobile, etc.).
• Collaborate with designers, artists, and developers to integrate assets and realize project vision.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues related to XR development.
• Stay current with XR technology trends, tools, and best practices.
• Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and documentation processes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• 8-10 years of hands-on experience developing with Unity Engine (C#) for VR, AR, or MR applications.
• Deep understanding of XR device SDKs (OpenXR, ARCore, ARKit, Oculus, etc.).
• Extensive experience with 3D graphics, shaders, lighting, and physics in Unity.
• Familiarity with asset integration, animation, and UI/UX design in Unity.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Portfolio of XR projects or applications developed in Unity.
• Experience with multiplayer and networking in XR environments.
• Experience with other game engines or XR platforms.
