Senior MeanStack Developer

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior MEAN Stack Developer , having deep expertise in the MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js) and demonstrate strong leadership abilities. will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining applications, collaborating with cross functional teams, and mentoring junior developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end to end development of applications using the MEAN stack .
• Architect scalable, secure, and high performance solutions based on business requirements.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following best practices and coding standards.
• Design and optimize database schemas and queries for MongoDB.
• Develop RESTful APIs with Express.js and Node.js.
• Implement responsive user interfaces with Angular, ensuring optimal user experience.
• Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior team members.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and QA engineers to deliver robust products.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the stack.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends relevant to the MEAN stack.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes, including sprint planning and daily stand ups.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor‿s degree in Computer Science or Electronics and Communication Engineering, or related field.

• 9+ years of hands on experience in full stack development with the MEAN stack.
• Expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, Angular (latest versions), and Node.js.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (preferred).
• Proficient in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3,PHP and related front end technologies.
• Solid knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and security best practices.
• Excellent problem solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Skills

• Good to have Telco application development experience .
• Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Prior experience in mentoring and leading development teams.
