🤖 What you’ll be doing

• Identify, analyse, and translate business challenges into AI-driven solutions
• Collect, clean, and preprocess data for analysis and modelling
• Design, develop, and implement machine learning and Gen AI models
• Integrate AI models into digital products, APIs, or automation workflows
• Build and maintain MLOps pipelines for model training, deployment, and monitoring
• Experiment with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and LLM orchestration tools
• Evaluate and optimise AI models for performance, scalability, and business impact
• Ensure ethical AI practices, data governance, and compliance with industry standards
• Communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in AI, data science, and machine learning
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to deliver on business goals

🧠 Skills & qualifications

• 3+ years of proven experience in machine learning, AI engineering, or data science
• Strong command of Python, SQL, and AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
• Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Docker, FastAPI, Airflow, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud ML services)
• Experience with major cloud ecosystems (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Solid knowledge of data engineering and software engineering fundamentals
• Familiarity with LLMs, vector databases, and prompt design / orchestration frameworks
• Experience with data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Matplotlib)
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to bridge technical and business needs
• Excellent communication and autonomy in problem-solving
• Fluent in FR or NL + strong command of English
• A team-player attitude and a good sense of humor 😊
