As a Senior Relationship Manager in our Large Corporate segment, you will take the lead in shaping strategic partnerships with some of the most influential companies in the region. This is a high‑visibility role where your expertise, business acumen, and long‑term perspective will directly influence both client success and Luminor’s growth. You’ll have the freedom to drive your own portfolio strategy, cultivate executive‑level relationships, and identify new opportunities that create meaningful, sustainable value.

How You Will Make an Impact:


  • Be the Main Point of Entry to personalized, quality services across the Luminor Group
  • Actively use all possibilities in the market in order to acquire new customers or expand cooperation with existing
  • Be ultimately responsible for total customer profitability, risks and the overall relationship between the bank and customer
  • Know your customer and ensure a customer’s long-term value creation through a partnership, by examining value drivers
  • Manage and develop the customer team and the use of relevant specialists in Luminor to meet customers needs and provide best banking solutions
  • Represent and defend customers in internal decision making bodies like credit committee, customer risk committee etc.


What Makes You a Great Fit:


  • A university degree in Economics, Business Management, Finance, or Banking
  • Strong professional knowledge of credit products and solid skills in financial analysis
  • Strong experience managing large corporate clients is highly valued, and an established network with senior executives (owners, CEOs, CFOs) is an advantage
  • A proven track record of delivering consistent, high‑quality sales and performance results
  • A growth‑oriented mindset and commitment to continuous development
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and openness to change in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent cooperation and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships
  • A strong sense of ownership and accountability in driving results
  • Genuine interest in corporate customers' business, value creation and risks is pre-condition
  • Fluent Estonian (C1) and English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Estonian market and on Pan-Baltic level
