HR Assistant (Global Functions)
We are currently partnering with an international organisation to recruit an HR Assistant to support their global functions. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative HR team and play a key role in delivering a smooth and reliable employee experience across multiple sites.
The Role
Reporting to the HR leadership team, you will be responsible for supporting end-to-end HR administration activities for approximately 200 employees across several locations.
This position is ideal for someone with solid HR administrative experience who enjoys working in a structured, service-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
HR Administration (≈80%)
- Manage employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to offboarding
- Maintain and update employee records and HR systems
- Prepare contracts, amendments, and official HR documentation
- Coordinate with payroll (variable elements, absence tracking, data accuracy)
- Support benefits administration (leave, insurance, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and local regulations
- Liaise with internal stakeholders on HR-related queries
Onboarding & Employee Support
- Coordinate onboarding logistics (IT access, equipment, documentation)
- Support employee departures and offboarding processes
- Act as a first point of contact for HR administrative queries
Recruitment & Projects (≈20%)
- Assist with job postings and CV screening
- Conduct initial candidate pre-screening calls
- Support HR reporting and dashboards
- Contribute to ongoing HR projects and process improvements
Candidate Profile
- 4–5 years’ experience in HR Administration (essential)
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Client-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Comfortable working with HR systems and tools
- Fluent in French, with a working knowledge of English
Note: This role is best suited to candidates who are motivated to continue developing within HR operations. Profiles with prior HR Business Partner experience may not find the scope aligned with their expectations.
