Key Responsibilities

• Build and enhance full-stack applications using C#/.NET technologies
• Deliver reliable systems within an iterative, fast-moving development environment
• Work closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver practical solutions
• Contribute to system design with a focus on performance, scalability, and stability
• Support applications in production and drive continuous improvements

Requirements

• Strong commercial experience with C#/.NET and full-stack development
• 7+ years commercial experience in Software Development
• Solid problem-solving and debugging capability
• Commercial experience with Javascript or Python
• Experience working on business-critical or distributed systems
• Comfortable collaborating across teams and taking ownership of deliverables
• Clear communication skills and a pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms, containerisation, or monitoring tools
• Knowledge of databases and complex query development
• Exposure to performance tuning or high-throughput environments
• Background in fast-paced or time-sensitive industries
