What Skills You Need In This Job As A Data Scientist:

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in data science, analytics, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering actionable business insights.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL (creating, optimising, and maintaining complex queries), and experience with Big Data tools (Tableau, Hive, Presto, R/Python).
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into compelling narratives and strategic recommendations.
• Deep understanding of reporting systems, data pipeline architecture, and best practices in data visualisation.

About Your New Job As A Data Scientist:

• Drive the development and execution of data science strategies that inform key business decisions and operational improvements at scale.
• Design, build, and deploy advanced analytical models and prototypes to extract actionable insights from large, complex datasets using SQL, Tableau, Hive, Presto, and other Big Data tools.
• Mentor and support the growth of data scientists and analysts, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
• Communicate complex analytical findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.
• Architect and maintain robust reporting systems, dashboards, and metrics to enable the organisation to scale and operate efficiently.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement, driving the adoption of best practices in data science and analytics.

What’s On Offer In This Job As A Data Scientist:

• €100,000 Salary with a 15% Bonus.
• Contract until the end of the year with the possibility of extension.
• Hybrid role in their Dublin offices, three days a week, with flexible specific days.
