Product Specialist

Monthly gross salary up to 4200 EUR.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager with a focus on registration / onboarding funnels;
• Understanding of funnel metrics (conversion, drop-off, UX friction points);
• Understanding of current development processes within a team;
• Strong planning, task management, and information structuring skills;
• Experience in backlog management and prioritization;
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle;
• Basic knowledge of JIRA and Confluence;
• Strong communication skills;
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders simultaneously;
• Ability to operate in uncertain environments and make quick decisions;
• Ownership and results-driven mindset;
• Ability to balance business, user, and development interests;
• Ability to stay focused on priorities and deadlines;
• Fluency in Latvian and English is required.

Responsibilities:

• Ownership of the development and optimization of the registration (onboarding) funnel;
• Short-term and long-term planning of team activities and control over feature delivery timelines;
• Ensuring transparency of task execution (statuses, risks, blockers);
• Backlog creation and prioritization aligned with business goals and market requirements;
• Continuous communication with the development team;
• Participation in key team ceremonies: daily stand-ups, planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, etc.;
• Task definition and ensuring the team has all necessary information;
• Supporting the team in resolving issues and removing blockers;
• Contributing to solution design with consideration of technical constraints;
• Communication with other development teams when tasks are cross-functional;
• Close collaboration with designers to improve the registration UX;
• Making design decisions aligned with product and business goals;
• Preparing and presenting design solutions for final approval;
• Ensuring design compliance with requirements across different markets and jurisdictions;
• Close collaboration with the client and business stakeholders;
• Gathering and refining requirements, feedback, and improvement requests;
• Joint prioritization of registration-related initiatives;
• Adapting business-provided mockups to the existing project design system;
• Balancing business needs with user experience;
• Monthly reporting to management on task status and overall progress;
• Ability to handle sudden changes calmly: assess the situation and propose solutions;
• Timely communication in case of deviations from initial plans or agreements.
