Do you take pride in crafting mobile apps that reach thousands of users every single day? We’re looking for a motivated React Native Developer in Vilnius to become the internal face of our next-gen self-care application.

This is a unique opportunity to take full ownership of a high-impact product and drive its development forward. You’ll start by working closely with our external partners to audit and transition the codebase into our hands. Once delivered, the app is yours. You’ll be the primary developer responsible for its health, supporting its users, and building out the features that will shape BITĖ’s digital future. What You’ll Work On

• Act as the internal technical lead during the final MVP development phases, ensuring the vendor’s code meets our quality standards through diligent auditing and reviews
• Develop new features and maintain core functionalities of the self-care application
• Ensure the application remains highly responsive and performant, focusing on smooth transitions, fast load times, and efficient data handling.
• Collaborate with backend team to integrate RESTful APIs, ensuring robust data synchronization and offline capabilities
• Translate Figma/Sketch designs into high-quality, pixel-perfect code while maintaining a consistent design system across iOS and Android
• Write clean, documented, and testable code. Implement industry-standard security protocols to protect sensitive user data
• Manage the end-to-end deployment process, including OTA updates and submissions to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store
  
  

What You Bring To The Team

• Proven professional experience in mobile development with a strong focus on React Native
• Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript and deep understanding of React hooks, functional components, and state management (Redux, Zustand, or TanStack Query)
• Solid understanding of mobile-specific patterns, including navigation (React Navigation), push notifications, and deep linking
• Experience working with or creating Native Modules to bridge React Native with iOS (Swift/Obj-C) and Android (Kotlin/Java) when necessary
• Strong analytical skills to debug complex architectural issues and performance bottlenecks
  
  

You’ll Stand Out If You Have

• Experience with unit and e2e testing frameworks such as Jest, React Native Testing Library, or Detox
• Familiarity with automated deployment pipelines (Fastlane, Azure Pipelines, Gitlab Runners)
• Experience working with Figma and an eye for micro-interactions and animations

Gross salary 5226 - 5516 EUR/month. The exact amount will depend on experience and skills.
