About The Unit

As part of Yara Farming Solutions Europe, Digital Solutions helps farmers transition to Regenerative Ag practices, while increasing farmer profits, simplifying complex food systems and generating commercial opportunities for Yara Europe.

We are seeking a Product Manager – CPQ to join our team. Reporting to the Senior Manager Digital Commercial Solutions in this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our PROS solution and driving adoption across all European countries where Yara operates. This role ensures that the platform effectively supports commercial excellence, sales and pricing processess. Acting as the bridge between busines stakeholders and technical teams, the Product Manager will align system capabilities with business objectives, optimize workflows, and deliver scalable solutions that enhance sales productivity and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

The main responsibilities for this role are:

• CPQ Management: Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of the PROS CPQ solution across multiple European countries.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of the CPQ solution.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with commercial teams, IT, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Training and Support: Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to ensure effective utilization and adoption of the CPQ system.
• Data Management: Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security within the CPQ system.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze CPQ and user performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Project Management: Lead CPQ-related projects, including planning, execution, and post-implementation review.
  
  

Profile

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in CPQ management, preferably with PROS, in a multinational environment.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and CRM best practices.
• Technical Skills: Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions; experience with system configuration and data governance.
• Communication: Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
