AI Engineer

Kandy is a fast-moving, 100-person e-commerce agency, and we are ready to level up. We aren't looking for a "ticket-taker" or a corporate manager. We need a founding Tech Lead - a one-person army who can architect, code, and automate.

This is a greenfield project. You are being hired to build a brand-new department from scratch. You will define the tech stack, design the workflows, and build the AI agents that will determine how our company and our 7–8 figure clients grow.

Lithuanian language is a must for this position.

What You’ll Actually Do:

• Ship MVPs Fast: You’ll be a full-stack powerhouse, capable of building end-to-end solutions (UI to Backend) without needing a team of five to get it done.
• AI & Automation Architect: You’ll build AI agents, process automations, and data engineering workflows that turn manual tasks into high-speed systems.
• Bridge the Gap: You’ll communicate directly with non-tech stakeholders, translating business needs into rapid technical ROI.
• Lead by Doing: You’ll have the freedom to design the team and the tech tasks as the department scales.

Compensation

• €5,000 – €10,000 Gross / month (Based on your speed, skill level, and ability to drive ROI)
