The role of the IT Support Specialist is to be responsible for ensuring the operational management of End user IT solutions.
Your role
Knowledge:
In accordance with the provisions of the Luxembourg law of 23 July 2016 amending the law of 29 March 2013, candidates may be required to provide an extract from their criminal record. This document, issued by the authorities, must not be older than three months. Such a document will be requested with the aim of carrying out a character check on candidates, bearing in mind the area of activity of our establishment and, more particularly, the tasks described in the job description.

The role of the IT Support Specialist is to be responsible for ensuring the operational management of End user IT solutions.
Your role
- Install, maintain, and provide support for workstations and various peripherals (incl. printers, fax machines and scanners).
- Install and maintain mobile devices (iPads and iPhones).
- Provide support for application access management and file system.
- Provide Level 1 support for the LAN network.
- Provide Level 2 support and contribute to resolve incidents and problems.
- Contribute to the maintenance of the existing technical environment, as well as to the functional monitoring of capacity and performance management processes.
- Update operating documentation.
- Contribute to maintain and optimize internal system management processes, within a framework based on ITIL, with a service management tool.
- Manage computer stock and inventory.
Knowledge:
- University degree in Computer science
- 2 years' experience in a similar position
- Very good knowledge of the workstation environment (Windows 11) and management tools (SCCM, Azure AD, active directory)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft & VMare products.
- Good knowledge of IOS and IOS management tools
- Knowledge of Extream network device is an advantage
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong client service orientation.
- Fluent in French and English
