YOU WILL

  • Execute integration requests from clients.
  • Ensure seamless deployment of system updates and patches.
  • Provide assistance to address technical challenges.
  • Develop tools to minimize errors and enhance user experience.
  • Create software solutions for seamless integration with internal systems.
  • Identify and analyze the origin of production errors.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot technical problems.
  • Develop scripts to streamline visualization processes.
  • Design and implement procedures for troubleshooting and maintaining systems.

YOU NEED

  • Proficiency in AWS services, including AWS IAM and KMS.
  • Hands-on experience with Terraform.
  • Skilled in using Ansible for automation.
  • Familiarity with GitHub Actions for CI/CD workflows.
  • Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.
  • Managerial-level expertise with the ability to directly engage with customers.
  • Experience with Guidewire automation is a plus.
