In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in designing, implementing, and integrating cutting-edge network infrastructures for vessels and superyachts, ensuring high-performance, stable, and secure connectivity in complex maritime environments.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level Cisco network infrastructures for maritime projects
• Configure and manage wired, Wi-Fi, and WAN networking solutions in dynamic and operational shipboard environments
• Integrate onboard IT and communication systems across vessel networks
• Deploy and configure Cisco switching, routing, and wireless technologies
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate networking into operational systems
• Troubleshoot and optimize network performance and reliability
• Contribute to network documentation, configuration standards, and architecture
• Ensure seamless and secure connectivity across demanding maritime environments

🧩 What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience as a Network Engineer / IT Network Specialist
• Strong knowledge of Cisco networking technologies
• Hands-on experience with Cisco switches, routers, and enterprise wired networks
• Solid expertise in wireless (Wi-Fi) infrastructure and WAN networking
• Experience supporting or implementing enterprise network infrastructures
• CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) or similar certification (preferred)
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a bonus

✨ Bonus Skills:

• Experience with maritime, offshore, or vessel IT environments
• Knowledge of multi-network or onboard ship systems
• Experience with industrial or operational technology environments
