Your Mission Will Be

• Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js and Express.js;
• Design and implement reliable and secure RESTful APIs;
• Model, optimize, and manage MongoDB databases and data structures;
• Collaborate closely with frontend, DevOps, and product teams to deliver high-quality solutions;
• Promote code quality through reviews, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

You Will Need

• Professional experience with the MERN stack (Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB) in mid or senior roles;
• Strong experience designing RESTful APIs and scalable backend architectures;
• Solid knowledge of MongoDB, including schema design and performance optimization;
• Fluency in English;
• CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment.

Would Be Awesome If You Have

• Experience with SQL databases and performance tuning;
• Familiarity with Scrum methodology and agile ceremonies;
• Knowledge of unit testing, reactive programming, or responsive design principles;
• BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
