What are we looking for?

• Proven experience (4+ years) as a Product Owner or Product Manager within technical teams, specifically with software engineering and platform initiatives.
• Strong background in AI, ML, or data-driven products, coupled with experience in automotive or embedded systems.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies, including writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria, prioritizing complex backlogs, and managing trade-offs.
• Demonstrated ability to align product priorities with architectural, platform, and AI constraints, coordinating delivery across diverse technical teams (AI/ML, Android, QA, DevOps).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, acting as a primary interface to translate business needs into measurable product increments.
• Mandatory fluency in English.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model (2-3 days/week) in Lisbon.
• Residency in Portugal.
