Today, we are entering a new chapter with the launch of our AI engineering expertise in Lisbon.

We are currently looking for AI Engineers, passionates about applying Generative AI technologies to solve real-world challenges.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, prototype, and deploy production-ready AI solutions that enhance business outcomes and accelerate innovation.

Whether you already have hands-on experience with Generative AI and large language models (LLMs), or have worked on projects that demonstrate your ability to quickly adapt and learn in this field, we’d love to hear from you.

In this context, this role will include:

• Design, develop, and deliver innovative solutions powered by Generative AI, with a focus on Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Build and maintain scalable, efficient, and reliable AI systems, including data pipelines, APIs, and integrations with external tools and platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and operations, to deliver impactful AI-driven solutions.
• Continuously explore and experiment with the latest Generative AI technologies to drive innovation and improve existing systems.
• Drive continuous improvement in development processes to enhance scalability, security, and performance.
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in AI technologies and share insights to inspire innovation and technical excellence within the team.

Our ideal candidates should have:

• Strong technical expertise and deep understanding of software engineering best practices, with a particular emphasis on Python. Highly proficient in designing and developing scalable backend API solutions.
• Track record of hands-on AI and GenAI solution development and delivery, with a strong understanding of industry-standard frameworks and libraries.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

And also:

• An agile mind-set. It’s not a buzz word: agility is about collaboration, growing together, supporting more junior team members, intellectual humility and strong desire to learn
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal. French is a plus.
• True Team player with a proactive approach to challenges and continuous improvement is at the heart of everything we do
• Proven ability to deliver against deadlines with a strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and performance
• Excellent communication skills
