Job Description

• Agility consultant, will trigger the movement, the dynamic of change.
• Change Agent, will hold high the Agility values.
• Trainer, will teach concepts, knowledge or skills ideally based on social and interactive Agile learning.
• Mentor, will share its knowledge, points of view and offers individual and personalized support in the field.
• Facilitator, will helps a group and individual to, learn, explore, find solutions and reach consensus.
• Coach the teams, applying Agile values, principles, practices, tools and techniques;
• Participate and dynamize Agile Ceremonies;
• Create and facilitate workshops and events;
• Training, advise and share Agile methodologies;
• Mentor and coach of Agile Teams and individuals (Scrum Master; PO; etc…)
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Agile Methodologies;
• Experience as a Scrum Master;
• JIRA and Confluence;
• Good communication and leadership skills;
• Fluency in English (Spoken and written);
• French knowledge (Plus);
