Project Manager

We are looking for an Project Manager!

Requirements:

• At least 5 years’ experience in IT project and service management, using Jira and EasyVista;
• Ability to lead and guide technical teams and resolve complex problems efficiently.
• Proven ability to coordinate the delivery of technology solutions, ensuring quality, deadlines and budgets are met.
• Strong ability to analyse systems and processes, including the ability to identify problems and implement effective technological solutions.
• Experience across different business areas and an understanding of how IT supports business processes.
• A professional with a technical background and proficiency, whilst leading IT projects and services.
• Degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• Certifications in relevant areas will be considered an asset.
• Fluent in Portuguese;
• Fluent in English.
• Behavioural profile requirements
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with technical and business teams;
• Ability to motivate and lead teams collaboratively, managing conflicts and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives;
• Ability to work under pressure and manage change and challenges proactively;
• Sense of responsibility, organisation and autonomy;
• Willingness to learn.
