PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team of designers, developers, product managers and data scientists. We work together on creating internal and external applications for international and top-of-the-league IT consultancy.

As our Senior UX/UI designer, your primary task will be to take business and technical requirements, as well as conduct user research and interviews and translate them into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes.

You will furthermore be expected to design the overall functionality of our applications and products, watch over the implementation, test solutions and ensure a great user experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Understanding and gathering requirements: Conduct interviews and user tests (international users) and carry out audits of existing digital products.
  • Work with the design team to discuss, design and develop the best business, technical and UX solutions for existing and new applications.
  • Design information architecture, and user paths and create lo-fi wireframes, prototypes, hi-fi development mocks and interactions.
  • Oversee and help frontend development and test implementation.
  • Question ideas and solutions and make your mark on our future solutions.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a UX/UI designer, and great experience with designing complex solutions for complete digital environments.
  • Application experience and more complex systems are a must.
  • Logical and analytical thinking: Strong ability to understand business complexities, technical possibilities, and constraints, to apply a problem-solving mindset and to think outside the box to find proper solutions.
  • Extensive experience in using UX and UI best practices to design great solutions and complete user experiences that meet user needs and business vision, creating both functional and visually appealing designs.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Figma and mobile-first responsive design.
  • Proficient in English (B2/C1) and proven experience in navigating a complex landscape of senior stakeholders
