Global People Operations (HR Processes Optimization)
Multinational company, leader in the dermocosmetic sector with a wide international presence, is looking for a GLOBAL PEOPLE OPERATIONS (HR PROCESSES OPTIMIZATION) at its corporate headquarters in Barcelona.
Reporting to the Global People Operations Manager, will take on the following responsibilities:
- Act as a global reference for People Operations processes, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and scalability across regions.
- Execute and support end-to-end People Operations activities, ensuring alignment with global policies and quality standards.
- Contribute to global People process implementation and improvement projects, supporting design, deployment, and adoption.
- Identify and drive process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency and standardization across People Operations.
- Support People Operations processes enabled by HR systems (including SAP SuccessFactors), ensuring data accuracy and reliable execution.
- Prepare and analyse People data and operational metrics using advanced Excel to support reporting and decision-making.
- Provides HR advice and guidance in relation to the different subsidiaries, empowered to use their judgement and business knowledge to pre-empt any HR concerns and proactively seek solutions.
- Reviews end-to-end process performance, identifying issues and improvement opportunities and developing and driving prioritized recommendations.
- Responsible for coordinating continuous improvement initiatives across the set of global processes.
Requirements:
- Proactivity, initiative, resilience, team working, and problem‑solving skills. Analytical. Impact and influence capacity. Change management and innovation orientation.
- Education: University Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: from 3 years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, HR Processes Engineering, or similar roles, in an international or matrix organization.
- Experience in HR system change projects, as well as in the implementation or creation of a service centre, will be positively valued.
- Languages: Fluent English and Spanish are mandatory.
- IT: Hands-on experience with IT tools, especially with HR systems, as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday or others.
