Middle+ / Senior Unity Developer

We build mobile casual games in Unity: card games and puzzles. The codebase is lean, the team is small, and the velocity is high. You'll be a senior voice on technical decisions, capable of working autonomously and mentoring mid-level developers.

What you’ll do

• Own significant features end-to-end across Liveops and New Games branches.
• Absorb execution work from the Dev Lead so he can focus on architecture and leadership.
• Contribute to technical decisions, code reviews, and quality standards.
• Help set technical patterns that scale across multiple concurrent titles.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers as the team grows.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of Unity development, with shipped mobile titles.
• Strong C# deep understanding of OOP principles:  you write clean, maintainable code and you care about it.
• Knowledge of design patterns.
• Ability to identify and resolve issues with third-party SDK integrations.
• Analysis of errors and bug reports
• Experience with mobile performance optimisation for iOS and Android.
• Casual or tabletop game experience is a strong advantage.
• Comfortable working across multiple projects in parallel.
• Product mindset: you ask why a feature exists, not just how to build it.
• English fluency required; Russian is a genuine plus with this team.
