Senior Scrum Master (Contract)

Für ein spannendes Kundenprojekt suchen wir einen Senior Scrum Master m/w/d mit folgendem Background/ Know-How:

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Scrum Master (mind. 5 Jahre) mit entsprechenden Referenzprojekten
• Fundierte Erfahrung als Scrum Master im komplexen Umfeld / grossen Unternehmungen
• Zertifizierung(en) als Scrum Master
• Methodisch-pragmatische Herangehensweise
• Sehr gute Kommunikationsskills sowie Teamfähigkeit
• Sprachen: Deutsch in Wort und Schrift (C1) ist ein MUSS sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (B2)

Start: Mai 2026

Dauer: 4 Jahre, mit Option auf Verlängerung

Pensum: 50 - 60%

Standort: Bern & teils remote
