About the role

We are currently looking for a full-time Internship to join our fast-growing DLT & Corporate Clients segment team based on our Zurich office to increase the effectiveness of our team of Relationship Managers and Assistant Relationship Managers by providing hands-on support on matters relating to client onboarding and lifecycle management along key logistics aiming at raising the operating tempo across day-to-day execution.

• Provision of solution-oriented support for DLT & Corporate clients over the phone, via e-mail and in physical meetings in mostly English but potentially also in (Swiss) German in the areas of onboarding, product-related questions, transactions, technical support, contract amendments, complaints, etc.

• Processing FIAT and digital asset transactions as well as post transaction AML monitoring and processing.

• Further development of the customer care framework (user guides, tutorials, FAQs, etc).

• Support in the client onboarding process together with internal stakeholders (Legal & Compliance, Operations) and external service providers.

Our ideal candidate

• Possess or pursuing a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university (preferably in the field of banking and fine and/or business), with a track record of outstanding academic performance.

• Strong and demonstrated interest in and knowledge of cryptocurrencies, blockchain and decentralized finance and a conviction that crypto will (continue to) shape the future of finance.

• Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for details.

• Strong ownership, relentlessly resourceful, enjoys working within an entrepreneurial environment.

• Excellent communication skills in spoken and written form in English. A plus if as well in (Swiss) German.

• Previous experience in working within banking and/or digital asset space is a plus.
