About The Role

Our Customer Support team is the first point of contact for millions around the world, delivering fast, thoughtful help when it matters most. They're the voice of our customers, working closely with product teams to improve experiences and keep wow-level service at the heart of Revolut.

We're looking for a Workforce Coordinator to manage forecasting, scheduling, and performance tracking for our Support team. You'll be generating and adjusting forecasts, maintaining accurate team data, and working closely with Support team leaders to ensure adherence and service levels are consistently met.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Forecasting and planning headcount for 200 employees across four locations
  • Generating and regularly adjusting forecasts and schedules
  • Maintaining team data accuracy with new joiners, team changes, and leavers
  • Working in real-time with team leaders to ensure adherence
  • Maintaining accurate data for the Member Experience team, including overseeing trend analysis
  • Managing and improving processes for performance tracking and target setting, including root-cause analysis of performance gaps to refine target-setting frameworks

What You'll Need

  • Experience in a contact centre with knowledge of inflow forecasting, handling time, and queue management
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Fluency in English (C1+ level)
  • Excellent communication skills to manage relationships with a wide range of team members
  • The ability to self-manage and prioritise your workload to maintain and improve processes
  • Confidence using office programs (G-Suite, Outlook, etc.), and quick learning skills to easily pick up new tasks and software
  • Great attention to detail with the ability to notice mistakes in complex data
  • A problem-solving approach to implement effective solutions quickly
  • The ability to analyse trends and use data make continuous improvements
  • Flexibility to respond well to fast decision changes and anticipate future demands in headcount
