You will join the Customer Base Management team, where data drives how we improve digital platforms and customer campaigns. In this role, you support the creation of dashboards, reports, and analytics that make performance measurable and transparent. You work closely with experienced specialists and gain hands-on experience with real business data and use cases. Fun fact: your work will influence how thousands of customers experience our marketing channels.

YOUR CHALLENGE:

• Build and maintain dashboards and performance reports
• Support reporting for multi-step and cross-channel campaigns
• Prepare and validate data for defined analytics use cases
• Analyze data and summarize insights for stakeholders
• Document KPIs, reporting logic, and data definitions
• Support ad-hoc analysis requests from the team
• Ensure data quality and consistency across reports
  
  

YOUR SKILLS:

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s program at a Swiss university or university of applied sciences in a quantitative or technical field (e.g. Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Engineering or similar)
• Strong interest in data analysis and reporting
• Basic knowledge of Excel and analytical thinking
• First experience with SQL or BI tools is an advantage
• Structured and reliable working style
• Curious, motivated, and eager to learn in a practical environment
• Good German and English skills
